Jacob is a jazz pianist playing in forward-thinking ensembles, including the downbeat award winning quartet Gymnoped, and leads a trio and a quartet based out of Toronto, Canada.
A graduate of the University of Toronto jazz program, he has studied with Canadian luminaries Gary Williamson and David Restivo, and performed with other jazz greats such as Norma Winstone, Jerry Bergonzi, Mike Murley, Jim Lewis, and Diego Figueiredo.
Having toured extensively as a featured performer and accompanist Jacob has performed music in all 7 continents, and continues to perform in Toronto and abroad.
